jaycey001. A friends car shed its timing belt a few days ago, it snapped when she turned the engine off. Its a petrol C2 around 2006 I think. I have never taken an engine apart, but am pretty mechanically minded and have done many other repairs to cars. I am kind of interested in having a go at fixing it, just to learn a bit more.

The C2 vts is a good laugh. Slower Vtr is the flappy box. Same engine as saxo vts (the king of citroen hot hatches Imo) responds well to breathing mods. Personally don’t like the style of it. I

However mass production comes with inherent quality problems and ATE ABS pump and modules certainly do have their share of common issues. The ATE range is extensive with many versions including MK10, MK20, MK25, MK25E, MK48, MK60, MK61, MK70 and MK100. These are commonly fitted by the majority of vehicle manufacturers to a vast range of models.
1. Posted June 18, 2008. I need help! I bought a used C2 GT a month ago, 4yrs old with only 25,000 on the clock, and 2 days after buying it the central locking started playing up. I can lock the car using the remote but when I go to unlock it with the remote nothing happens. I then have to use the key to unlock the drivers door but of course ccU1.
