Hopefully Dirtbag is correct. All I can say about the turbo with my 1.0 Focus is that the turbo is working/in boost CONSTANTLY!!! Now that I have my tablet and Torque Pro hooked up, I can see the boost in real time. This turbo is working non stop at high psi and wouldn't surprise me if there are issues down the road. Constant clicking or tapping sounds are probably just the injectors as already mentioned but if it's a metallic rattle then maybe your turbo is about to fail or something else concerning.
